Inktober 2019 Days 7 and 8 – Contemplation in Black and White

Regardless of the media I choose to express my art works, 9 out of every 10 pieces I create wind up being detailed, and as precise as my eyes can make them. That’s always been a factor of the way I draw.

As a result, each art work I create takes longer to produce than perhaps some other artists’ works might and some of my art pieces take longer than others. Today’s contribution to Inktober 2019 is one of them. It took two days from start to finish. All in all though, it turned out to be a relaxing, almost meditative experience and I’m pleased with the result.

I am planning to create a similarly-themed piece for my next contribution to Inktober 2019. I’m shooting for an October 10th (or 11th) reveal if you’d like to check back.
